I actually think Canucks will sign a RHD and trade for one also . I think if Canucks move on from Edler the LHD are a lot weaker and they do need to pay attention to that side.

McKeen's not having Heinola ranked at all is a pretty glaring omission in my opinion. I'd have him in a similar class to Soderstrom.

Liiga is not SHL. Also, he didnt look anything too crazy in wjc or u18. So in which way do you have him in the same class?

I could definitely see broberg going before 10 and jb taking soderstrom. I could honestly see him taking him eother way. Great fit. I have to admit, after the combine reports ive warmed up to Sieder quite a bit(V02 max tests are also huge for dmen).

How about this:

- Tade for Marleau + Zietsev + Kapanen for Tanev
- sign a Dman (Gardner)
- Sign Edler (1-2 year)
- sign panarin

Whether Edler stays or goes makes no difference really. It's doubtful Hughes will see one minute in Utica unless it's on a conditioning stint after an injury lol
